Datavera Klartext is an AI agent that reports your company's numbers to you.
Datavera Klartext, by Datavera (Walchwil, Switzerland), is an AI monitoring agent for Swiss SMEs with roughly 5 to 50 employees. It connects read-only to the software that already runs the business: bexio directly; Abacus, Infoniqa ONE 50, Banana, Klara, Crésus, Topal and any program that can save an Excel or CSV through the exports those programs already produce; and bank statements arrive automatically as camt.053 from any Swiss bank. Every Monday at 07:00 it delivers a one-page management report in plain language: revenue, cash, open invoices, overdue receivables, order intake, and what deserves attention. The owner sets attention lines (for example: cash below CHF 60'000, invoices unpaid more than 30 days, order intake dropping 20% below the four-week average), and the moment a line is crossed the agent sends a message at once. Delivery channels and output formats are the client's choice: e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, a PDF attached to the e-mail, or an Excel workbook that traces every figure from the imported source bookings to the final result. All figures are computed deterministically from the client's bookings and bank statements; the language model only writes the surrounding sentences, is open source, runs on Datavera's own servers in Switzerland, and the wording is verified against the computed numbers before sending. Every report carries a reference ID with a kept calculation trail. Data is processed read-only in a Swiss data centre, is never used for model training, and is deleted on cancellation. The price is fixed monthly, agreed up front, scoped like every Datavera product. There is no dashboard and no login to check: the report comes to you.
