One CHF 176 seat. Or your whole team on Swiss hardware.

Your team is already paying ChatGPT or Claude. That is a chat UI for one person on US-controlled infrastructure. Datavera is a document system for your firm on Swiss hardware. Same monthly budget, different category.

Prices in CHF, May 2026. USD converted at ×0.88. Sourced from openai.com/pricing and anthropic.com/pricing.

CHF 1761 user vs CHF 3005 users

One ChatGPT Pro or Claude Max top seat costs CHF 176 per month for a single person. Datavera On-Premise is CHF 300 per month for up to five users on your hardware. Per user, Datavera is roughly 3× cheaper.

CHF 4405 users, annual vs CHF 3005 users, monthly

Claude Team Premium for five users is CHF 440 per month on an annual contract. Datavera On-Premise is CHF 300 per month with no minimum term. Datavera Cloud is CHF 500, also no lock-in.

CHF 108Kper year, floor vs CHF 6Kper year

ChatGPT Enterprise has a 150-seat floor at roughly CHF 108,000 per year. Datavera Cloud is CHF 6,000 per year for one to five users, with no minimum term.

Subscription prices: openai.com/pricing and anthropic.com/pricing as of May 2026, USD converted at ×0.88. Claude Team Premium quoted on annual billing (monthly billing is CHF 110 per user, CHF 550 for five). ChatGPT Enterprise pricing is not public and varies by negotiation; the CHF 60 per user figure is the commonly cited mid-point and the 150-seat floor is widely reported.

The cheapest version of getting this right costs you less than your team's ChatGPT seats. Run it against your own documents for 30 days, then decide.

Four paths exist for buyers who can't post to public AI tools. Per-token rate is set by the model, not the path. Self-host swaps tokens for GPU rental. The differentiator is sovereignty posture and the engineering layer the buyer must build, rent, or buy.

Hyperscaler with Swiss DC

Azure OpenAI (Switzerland North), AWS Bedrock (Zurich, eu-central-2). Google Vertex AI has no Swiss region; closest is Frankfurt or Netherlands.
SovereigntyDPA-compliant. US CLOUD Act applies because the operator is US-domiciled, even when the data centre is in Switzerland. Multi-tenant infra even when logically isolated.

Integration estimates assume retrieval, chunking, embeddings, citations, evals, RBAC, audit logging, and FADP-aligned hosting wired around the model. Anchored on a Swiss senior engineer fully-loaded rate of ~CHF 200K/year (typical Zurich market 2026): roughly one engineer year-one for hyperscaler and EU-sovereign paths, one and a half to two for self-host (adds GPU and model ops). Half an FTE for ongoing maintenance.

The questions buyers usually ask.

What exactly is included in the CHF 300?
The full Document Suite: Document Assistant and Document Studio, for any documents and templates you work with. Plus the open model we select and operate for you, retrieval with citations, audit log and role-based access, updates, monitoring and support. There is no per-token meter and no per-seat maths up to five users.
What does the hardware cost?
For most teams one small box is enough. A typical setup is an ASUS Ascent GX10 at around CHF 3,000 one-time, list price. We spec it, supply it and install it. If you already have suitable hardware, we use yours.
Can we really cancel any month?
Yes. No minimum term, no annual lock-in, no exit clause. Cancel the pilot by day 30 and we delete everything by day 31.
We are more than five users. What then?
The Starter tier covers one to five users. Above that we scope a Production deployment in a 30-minute call: user count, hardware, integrations. Trading Dashboard and Leasing Command Center are always scoped per engagement.
Why is this so much cheaper than enterprise AI offers?
Open models have closed most of the gap for document work, and they run on hardware you can buy off the shelf. You pay us for the software and the operations around the model, not for frontier API margins. The accuracy this buys is measured and published: 95% accuracy on our 632-question human-verified benchmark, method included, at datavera.ch/accuracy.
Is our data safe?
Everything runs inside your perimeter or in a single-tenant Swiss data centre. Nothing trains a public model, and Datavera is a Swiss legal entity outside the US CLOUD Act. The full technical and legal pack is on the security page.
