What exactly is included in the CHF 300?
The full Document Suite: Document Assistant and Document Studio, for any documents and templates you work with. Plus the open model we select and operate for you, retrieval with citations, audit log and role-based access, updates, monitoring and support. There is no per-token meter and no per-seat maths up to five users.
What does the hardware cost?
For most teams one small box is enough. A typical setup is an ASUS Ascent GX10 at around CHF 3,000 one-time, list price. We spec it, supply it and install it. If you already have suitable hardware, we use yours.
Can we really cancel any month?
Yes. No minimum term, no annual lock-in, no exit clause. Cancel the pilot by day 30 and we delete everything by day 31.
We are more than five users. What then?
The On-Premise and Cloud plans cover one to five users. Above that we scope a larger deployment in a 30-minute call: user count, hardware, integrations. Trading Dashboard, Leasing Command Center and Datavera Klartext are always a fixed monthly price agreed before we build.
Why is this so much cheaper than enterprise AI offers?
Open models have closed most of the gap for document work, and they run on hardware you can buy off the shelf. You pay us for the software and the operations around the model, not for frontier API margins. The accuracy this buys is measured and published: 95% accuracy on our 632-question human-verified benchmark, method included, at datavera.ch/accuracy.
Is our data safe?
Everything runs inside your perimeter or in a single-tenant Swiss data centre. Nothing trains a public model, and Datavera is a Swiss legal entity outside the US CLOUD Act. The full technical and legal pack is on the security page.
