Software for the work your team still does by hand.

Offers, reports, questions to your contracts, residual values: we build the tool for the task your team repeats every week. It runs with open-source AI models on your own servers, or on a Swiss server only your company uses, and your documents never go to OpenAI, Microsoft, Google or any other AI company.

Free, up to 500 pages of your own documents. Sign in with Google or an email link.

Want it on your whole archive, on your own servers? Start with a free 30-day pilot.

The film shows PDF and Excel files changed by asking, with nothing else on the page changed: a passage of a report rewritten, prices in a workbook, an offer and its order confirmation before and after. Each changed figure opens its source: a price in the workbook opens the supplier's PDF at its row, and a price in the offer opens its cell in the workbook. An income statement takes the figures of 2024, then of 2025, and its chart gains a bar. The workbook takes the supplier's prices and the same totals land in the offer; a discount given in the offer carries back into the workbook, whose margin turns amber. A change is followed through the whole document: two production lines become three, and the travel costs are brought in line with the workbook. Everything runs on the company's own servers with open-source models. The words in the film are in English.

Your data stays in your company.

Most AI tools send what you type and upload to the servers of a large AI company, usually in the US. Ours run on a server in your office, or on a server in a Swiss data centre that only your company uses.

The AI models are open-source. We choose the one that fits your documents, install it next to your data and run it for you, so no document goes to OpenAI, Microsoft, Google or any other AI company. Nothing you upload trains a model, ours or anyone else's, and that is written into the contract.

Built for the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP), the GDPR and the EU AI Act, with an audit log for your compliance team. Datavera is a Swiss company without a US parent, so the US CLOUD Act does not reach your data.

Security and compliance in detail

What we've already built.

Each one started as a slow, repetitive job at a real company. We turned it into software that handles it.

Datavera is a Swiss software studio in Walchwil, Zug. We build document assistants with cited answers, automated reporting, trading dashboards and leasing platforms. They run on your own servers or in a Swiss data centre, with open-source AI models.

Document Assistant

Ask your contracts, reports and policies a question. The answer names the document and the page, and the page opens with the exact lines marked, so you can check in seconds whether it is right.

95% measured accuracy, every answer cited

Document Studio

The offer, the report, the board pack: built from your template and your data. Write what should change in one of your PDFs or Excel files and it changes in place: a page in its own fonts and columns, a sheet with its formulas.

Includes Document Assistant. Every new value shows where it came from.

Trading Dashboard

Your positions across every broker in one live view, with profit and loss, so nobody stitches them together in Excel.

Leasing Command Center

Every asset in the book priced against the Swiss second-hand market, so its residual value is known before the lease ends.

Each product is priced to your company: one fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. How pricing works.

Most of what we build is not on this list.

Companies come to us with a task specific to how they work, and we build the tool for it. Some of it uses AI; much of it is simply software that didn't exist yet.

"I didn't start the firm to reformat spreadsheets every quarter. Datavera builds the client reports now, we just sign them off, and I'm back in front of clients, where I'm actually any use."

Datavera is a Swiss software studio in Zug.

Datavera builds custom software for the manual, repetitive data and document work that companies still do by hand. The software is shaped around each client's own process, runs on the client's own machines, and is typically live in weeks rather than the years a large consulting project takes. Four products show the kind of work we do: Document Assistant (ask your contracts, reports and policies a question and get a cited answer), Document Studio (everything Document Assistant does, plus producing and changing reports and other documents from your own data and templates, with every figure traceable to source), Trading Dashboard (every broker, exchange and asset class in one live profit-and-loss view), and Leasing Command Center (forecast residual values, automate contracts, score dealers and monitor portfolio risk). Everything runs on the customer's own servers or in a Swiss data centre, so confidential data never leaves the company and never trains a public AI model. The AI models are open-source models that Datavera selects, installs and runs inside the customer's deployment; no document is sent to OpenAI, Microsoft, Google or any other AI provider. AI is used only where it genuinely improves the result; much of what Datavera builds is simply well-made software. Each client gets one fixed monthly price, agreed in writing before work starts, with no bills per user or per question, and every engagement can start with a free 30-day pilot on the client's own documents. Datavera is a Swiss legal entity outside the US CLOUD Act, built for FADP, GDPR and the EU AI Act. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 are in progress and not yet held.
